Our Story
Every loaf that leaves our kitchen carries the warmth of long fermentation, the craft of generations, and a genuine love for feeding the people around us. Harvest & Hearth was born from a deep passion for traditional baking — the rhythm of the dough, the transformation inside the oven, and the simple joy of sharing something real.
We are a small-batch microbakery rooted in the hills of East Tennessee. Our sourdough is naturally leavened, slow-fermented for depth of flavor and easy digestibility, and baked fresh each week in small quantities. Every loaf is unique — shaped by hand, scored with care, and baked to a deep, crackling crust.

Our flagship loaf — an open, chewy crumb beneath a blistered, crackling crust. Long-fermented for remarkable depth of flavor and easier digestibility. The one that started it all.
A gorgeous ribbon of warm cinnamon and brown sugar nestled inside our sourdough dough. Heavenly toasted with butter — a breakfast loaf you'll dream about all week.
Bold & Savory
Roasted jalapeños and sharp aged cheddar folded into every layer. A crowd-stopper at the market — equal parts heat, tang, and incredible melty character in every slice.
All the goodness of sourdough in a tender, sliceable sandwich loaf. Subtle tang, soft crumb, and a light crust — perfect for toast, grilled cheese, or straight from the bag.
Dimpled, olive-oil-drenched sourdough focaccia crowned with aged Parmesan, fresh rosemary, and flaky sea salt. Irresistibly crisp on the outside, pillow-soft within.
Hand-rolled, boiled, and baked sourdough bagels with that satisfying chewy pull. Everything, plain, and rotating seasonal flavors. Almost ready to debut at the market — stay tuned!

Where to Find Us
Pre-Order
Our loaves are baked in small batches and sell out early at the market every week. Pre-ordering means your bread is set aside and ready for pickup at our booth — no rushing, no disappointment.
Place your order by Thursday evening for that Saturday's market. We'll confirm your order and have it warm and ready when you arrive.
